About

Leslie Krongold moved to the Mendocino Coast in August of 2021. Shortly after the move, she fell during a walk in the Town of Mendocino and realized the progressive neuromuscular condition she lived with had entered a new stage. She could no longer trust her balance and required mobility assistance.

Leslie became involved with the Blue Zone Project and was challenged to organize Walk & Roll Moais (a series of 10 mostly accessible walks). That whet her appetite, and she decided to continue with free monthly walks around the Mendocino Coast area. You can contact Leslie via email.
